The pilings have been
replaced and the pier is in stable condition. There have also been repairs to the T-Head. Repairs will continue
as soon as the Community Center is finished.
If you do not have your pier card and are a property owner
in "good standing" (meaning all of your property accounts are paid), you may pick up a numbered card at the HBPOA
office on Monday,Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. One gate card will be given at no cost to each property owner in good standing regardless of the number of lots owned.
If a property owner in good standing desires a second card for guests, one additional gate card will be issued to you for
a fee of $5.00. If an owner fails to pay his AMAs within 60 days after billed, he is no longer in good standing, that
owner's card(s) will be voided.
