Thank you for your support of the Holiday Beach Property Owners Association.
The HBPOA is no longer an IRS nonprofit organization. Remember donations to the HBPOA
are not Tax Deductable The association still strives to promote public interest in the Holiday Beach Subdivision
and all sections of the Subdivision. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to enforce its Bylaws and Deed Restrictions,
and to band together the property owners for the safety and security of their property. The HBPOA has a goal to promote
the growth and desirability of Holiday Beach as a leisure, recreational and permanent home community.
